Hi! My name is Cheryl Downey. I have been happily married for 31 years and have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren. My kids were born and raised in Paradise and attended Children’s Community Charter School and Paradise High School. Being a stay-at-home mom, I was very involved in their education. I’ve been working with children in one capacity or another for the last 25 yrs. I have a bachelor’s in Child Development and a master’s in Early Childhood Education and have worked in both a teaching and administrative capacity. My experience includes working with federal Head Start programs, corporate programs, private programs, and non-profit organizations.
