At Liberty Learning, 9th-12th grade is far more than a stepping stone to adulthood. It is a sacred season of growth, discovery, and transformation as students come to know who they are in Christ. Our mission is to partner with families in providing an outstanding Christ-centered education that is both academically excellent and deeply rooted in biblical truth. In a rapidly changing world, investing in a faith-filled educational experience has never been more vital, and we are confident that Liberty Learning is the community where every student can flourish.

Our faculty and staff joyfully walk alongside students and families, equipping young men and women for academic success and a life of eternal purpose. Graduation Requirements

Help your child grow in knowledge, character, and purpose through Liberty Learning’s 9th–12th grade program. Our college-preparatory coursework strengthens English language skills through grammar, composition, literature, and vocabulary while developing mathematical thinking and logical reasoning. Courses in Economics and American Government give learners a clearer understanding of the world they are preparing to serve. In the sciences, learneres may explore how God’s creation works through Chemistry or pursue a deeper study of matter and energy in Physics. Bible history remains at the heart of their education, and a range of engaging electives allows each student to pursue their unique gifts and interests. Academic Enrichment

The Academic Enrichment Program allows high school learners to earn college credits for free at their local Sierra College campus (or online). 

Eligibility for Students:

• Students who attend a high school or adult school, which have a current Academic Enrichment Compliance Form on file with Sierra College

• Students who provide an affidavit indicating they are legally home-schooled or attending a charter school, which have a current Academic Enrichment Compliance form on file with Sierra College

• Students who have completed the equivalent of 8th grade and are in good academic standing

Daily Schedule

A typical week at Liberty Learning begins each morning at 8:30 in the sanctuary, where learners and staff gather together for prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. This simple, unifying start sets the tone for the day and reminds everyone that we belong to something larger than ourselves—a community rooted in faith, gratitude, and purpose.

From the sanctuary, learners move into homeroom for Bible. This is more than a first-period class; it is the foundation of the day. Learners open God’s Word together, receive encouragement, and are reminded that their identity and calling are found in Christ before they step into the rest of their studies.

After homeroom, learners move through eight class periods that balance rigorous academics with opportunities to grow in character, creativity, and community. Core classes strengthen the essentials: English (grammar, composition, literature, and vocabulary), mathematics and logical reasoning, science (Chemistry or Physics), and social studies, including Economics and American Government. These courses are taught with excellence and a biblical worldview so students are prepared for college, career, ministry, and family life.

Electives give learners room to explore the unique gifts God has given them. Whether they are drawn to the arts, additional academic enrichment, leadership, or practical skills, electives add joy and purpose to the week and help each learner develop as a well-rounded young person.

Fridays hold a special place in the week. In addition to regular classes, Liberty gathers for Friday Chapel. These times of worship, instruction, and spiritual formation—often tied to series—draw the whole community together to grow in faith, encourage one another, and be equipped as disciples.

Throughout the week, learners are known, loved, and challenged. Instructors serve as educators, mentors, and fellow believers who walk alongside families. The result is more than a list of classes. It is a living community where academic excellence, spiritual formation, service, and belonging work together so that every child can thrive and become who God created them to be.
