KINDERGARTEN-1ST GRADE PROGRAM
Our Kindergarten-1st Grade program prepares children for the next grade level with a great foundation for success. The phonics program for kindergartners introduces blends and allows your child to read stories including one- and two-vowel words. Improve the learner's hand-eye coordination through learning to write letters, words, and eventually sentences. Learners are introduced to math with counting and basic arithmetic lessons. First graders will recognize and use all the phonic sounds—including special sounds—needed to phonetically read words! This program will provide your first graders a strong foundation in knowledge and learning habits from a Christian perspective.

The kindergarten-1st grade can accommodate up to 20 learners and includes play spaces, instructional tables, circle time rug, and more! Learners navigate the classroom independently and learn manners, processes, and procedures to prepare them for academics. Daily academic lessons are paired with fun activities and exploration.

SCHEDULE
What a typical day looks like
We meet at 8:30 am every morning in the sanctuary for the prayer and pledge. Learners come together for bible, cooking, Spanish, art, history, health, and science class.
